    Supplify is an e-procurement platform (the "Platform"), owned by Supplify Tecnologia Ltda ("SUPPLIFY"), which facilitates the creation and management of electronic commercial transactions between buyers and sellers. Our platform aims to automate and facilitate the execution of buying and selling processes, from publishing electronic catalogs, requesting quotes, issuing purchase orders, to conducting tenders and contract management. SUPPLIFY values the security of your personal data and is committed to the provisions of the General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"). For this reason, we developed this Privacy Policy, which clearly demonstrates how we process your personal data, for what purposes they are collected, and what rights you have as the data subject.

    1. Important LGPD Definitions

    The General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) came into force in September 2020 and aims to protect the personal data of natural persons in Brazil. Data Subject: You, the natural person to whom the personal data refers. Processing: All activities that SUPPLIFY performs in relation to personal data. Data Protection Officer: The DPO, the person we designate to act as a communication channel. Legal Bases: The legal hypotheses that authorize SUPPLIFY to process personal data.

    2. Personal Data Processing

    SUPPLIFY will be the controller of personal data when necessary for formalizing the contracting of our services, when inserted through the website and platform, and in relation to our employees.

    3. Personal Data We Collect

    We may collect: registration data (name, email, phone), login data, device identification and geolocation data, browsing data, and commercial data.

    4. Purposes for Data Collection

    We collect your personal data for specific purposes: Contracting, Contact, Support, Marketing, Access Registration, Legal Determinations, Fraud Prevention, and Commercial History.

    5. Personal Data Sharing

    We may share your personal data with: companies in the same economic group, partner companies, third parties for legal obligations, and for data portability.

    6. International Data Transfer

    We may carry out international transfers only with companies adhering to data protection standards such as GDPR, CCPA, CDPA, and Privacy Act.

    7. Data Subject Rights

    Your rights include: confirmation and access to data, data rectification, data portability, anonymization/blocking/deletion, information about sharing, opposition to processing, marketing refusal, and consent revocation.

    8. System and Data Protection

    We use appropriate technologies and procedures including firewalls, antivirus, access protection, and contractual clauses requiring LGPD compliance.

    9. Data Retention Policy

    Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, except for legal or regulatory obligations.

    The use of the SUPPLIFY name, logo, and domain content are protected by international intellectual property laws.

    14. Legislation and Jurisdiction

    This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Brazil. The São Paulo/SP District Court is competent to resolve any disputes.
